Privacy policy and cookies
This policy covers only this website (getreversa.app), which has no forms and collects no personal data from visitors beyond the technical logs described below. If you use the Reversa app on a Shopify store, read the app privacy policy instead, which explains what the app itself processes.
1. Data controller
This website is a service of Santiago Gili Silvestre, a self-employed individual (autónomo) with Spanish tax ID (NIF) 34764541H and address at C/ Dels Montcada, 45, Local, 08203 Sabadell (Barcelona), Spain. You can write to us at hello@enric.app. In this policy, "we" means him.
2. What data we process and why
This website has no sign-up form and does not ask you for any personal data. If you write to us at hello@enric.app (a mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail, which automatically forwards a copy to the owner's personal Gmail account), we process your email address and the content of your message only to answer you, for as long as the conversation needs, and we delete it once it is resolved unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Website visits. When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically logs technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to serve the website, protect it against abuse and operate its content delivery network. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you or build profiles.
3. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies. It only stores in your browser (localStorage) your light or dark theme preference if you choose it with the corresponding button, to remember it on your next visit. It cannot identify you and is never sent to any server. You can delete it from your browser settings.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tools, and typefaces are served from our own website.
4. How long we keep the data
Hosting technical logs: Cloudflare keeps request logs for up to 7 days by default; we have not activated any longer retention (Cloudflare's Logs documentation, checked on 2 October 2026).
Emails you send us: only for as long as needed to answer you, as described in section 2.
5. Who we share it with
Cloudflare, Inc. (US), which hosts the website through Cloudflare Pages and may log IP addresses and connection data for security and content-delivery purposes, as a data processor.
Zoho Corporation B.V. (Zoho Mail, Netherlands; EU data center), which hosts the hello@enric.app mailbox. It does not receive any other data from this website.
Copy in Gmail. The hello@enric.app mailbox automatically forwards a copy of every email to the owner's personal Gmail account, for the same purpose: answering you. Zoho also keeps the original. Gmail is provided, for EEA and Swiss users, by Google Ireland Limited; because it is a personal account, not Google Workspace, there is no data processing agreement with Google, and Gmail is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell or share your data.
6. International transfers
Cloudflare may process technical logs outside the EU, including in the US. Where that happens, the transfer relies on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, including its UK Extension, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework; its data processing agreement also includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard (checked on Cloudflare's GDPR page and dataprivacyframework.gov on 2 October 2026). Zoho keeps the mailbox in its EU data center; any access from outside the EU would rely on the standard contractual clauses of its processing agreement. Google may process the Gmail copy outside the EEA, under the safeguards described in its own privacy policy (adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses); we have not signed any agreement with Google.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of any data we hold about you by writing to hello@enric.app. We will respond within one month at most. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to your country's data protection authority.
If you live in California, Brazil, Canada or the UK, you also have the rights those laws grant you; you can exercise them at the same address. We do not sell or share personal information.
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at minors.
9. Changes
If we make an important change to this policy, we will note it on this page with the new date.
