Quick answers
Is Reversa a backup app?
No. It records the changes Shopify reports, groups them by the event that caused them and helps you undo one event, field by field, keeping fixes made by hand afterwards.
Does Reversa touch inventory?
No. Stock changes are recorded so you can see what happened, but they are never restored: sales change stock all the time, and going back to an old number could let you sell items you do not have.
Can I undo an undo?
Yes, while it remains in the history. Every rollback saves a restore point before writing, and the same three-way rules and limits apply.
How long is the history kept?
It depends on the plan: Starter 90 days, Growth 180 and Pro 365. After that, events and their data are deleted and can no longer be undone from Reversa.
