Did an import break 300 products? Undo it.
Shopify keeps a basic activity log per store, but agencies that maintain many stores need more: before-and-after values, the likely source of each change, alerts when something anomalous happens, and a way to undo mistakes from one place across every client store.
Sorted by what needs attention first.
| Store | Status | Last event | Alerts | Products | Plan | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nórdica Home | Alert | Today 09:12 · CSV import · 312 products | 1 alert | 2,340 | Growth | Undo… |
| Brisa Swim | OK | Yesterday 18:40 · Manual edit · 1 product | — | 860 | Starter | View |
| Kroma Studio | OK | Today 08:05 · Another app · 40 products | — | 12,900 | Pro | View |
What your agency gets
Everything below is built and working today, the same as on every store.
Every client store in one panel
Sorted by what needs attention first: alerts first, then stores that are all clear. Three access levels: View only, Can also undo and Administrator.
One agency alert per urgent event
An email to the agency the moment any client store crosses a risk threshold, with the store name and a link to undo.
Undo from the panel, without overwriting later fixes
Three-way undo compares before, after the change and now. A restore point is saved first, and afterwards Reversa reads the store again to check every field.
Scheduled undo for campaigns
Schedule a change to come back on its own at a set time, for example to end a temporary campaign price automatically.
Review a CSV file before importing it
Check a CSV file against the live catalog before importing it, to catch a lost decimal separator or a shifted column.
Export the history
Export a store's full change history as a CSV file, any time, from the app or the agency panel.
Three access levels per store
View only, Can also undo and Administrator, so you decide what each person on your team can do.
Your brand in the panel and in alerts
Your logo, accent color and typeface in the panel; your name and logo, next to the Reversa name, in the alerts your clients receive, if you turn it on.
The store stays in control
Connecting a client store to your agency panel takes two steps, and the store can disconnect at any time.
The store generates a code
From its own Shopify admin, the client store creates a connection code for your agency.
The agency adds it to its panel
Paste the code in the agency panel and the store appears, with its history and alerts.
The store keeps control: every agency action is visible in its own Shopify admin, and it can revoke the agency's access at any time.
Pricing for agencies
The agency panel is free. The more client stores you connect, the less each one pays.
Every client store, access levels, branding and the agency alert email.
Per store connected to your panel, on top of its plan price.
Instead of the usual 14 days, only for stores of an agency admitted to early access.
How much each store pays
Per connected store, per month.| Plan | Normal price | From 5 stores (−20%) | From 15 stores (−30%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29 | $23.20 | $20.30 |
| Growth | $49 | $39.20 | $34.30 |
| Pro | $99 | $79.20 | $69.30 |
The discount is set store by store, when its subscription is created or changed: when the agency crosses a threshold, that store's owner approves the new price in Shopify, and it starts on the store's next billing period.
Questions from agencies
Who pays for Reversa in a client store?
Billing is per store through Shopify. The merchant chooses and approves the plan when installing, and the free days start then. The agency panel is free, stores get 20% off from 5 connected stores and 30% off from 15, and agencies joining the trial get 3 months free per store.
Can the client see the history?
Yes, in their own Shopify admin: every rollback shows who did it, including when it was the agency. Risk alerts sent to the client store can also carry the agency's name and logo, next to the Reversa name, if the agency turns it on; the store can remove it at any time.
More about change history for agencies
What changes in client stores without you knowing
Feed and pricing apps rewrite products on a schedule, clients edit descriptions and publish themes, freelancers run CSV imports, and ERPs sync stock. Most of it is fine; the problem is the change nobody expected.
What Shopify gives you today
Each store has an activity log that shows recent actions and who took them. It is view-only, shows at most 250 events and does not keep before-and-after values, according to Shopify's documentation (September 2026). The Partner Dashboard lists your client stores but does not monitor what changes in them.
What an agency actually needs
- One panel with every client store, sorted by what needs attention.
- Field-level history with the likely source of each change: an import, an app or an edit by hand.
- One alert per anomalous event, not one per product.
- Undo that respects fixes made afterwards, with a restore point and a check.
- The agency's own brand in the panel and, if it chooses, in the alerts its clients receive.
How Reversa does it
Reversa is installed in each client store and appears in the agency panel. Every change is recorded in real time and grouped by event. When an import or app changes hundreds of products, the agency gets one alert and can undo that event, one product or one field.
